What we do

Our business lines

Through Zanda Homes we develop residential projects for sale, with proven experience in luxury and affordable housing and a consolidated track record in housing cooperatives, where we bring method, transparency and support at every stage of the process. Build to Rent Development and co-investment in residential rental projects alongside institutional investors and family offices. We develop and co-invest alongside leading institutional investors and family offices in residential rental projects, from structuring the operation to delivering the asset to the investor. We work in both market BTR and affordable housing. Logistics Development and structuring of state-of-the-art logistics warehouses for institutional investors and buyers. We develop large-scale logistics warehouses and structure last-mile assets for investors and buyers. We were the first to bring the cooperative format to industrial buildings, a formula that opens this market to profiles that were previously excluded.
